    Zero stars if that was even possible! Worst customer service ever ! Driver rang and refused to come pick up a package I was returning because I couldn’t help him lift it as I’m pregnant! I tried to ring the office to talk to them and no one answered or got back to me.

    ZERO STARS! Worst Service ever, they have lost my Sons order for Christmas and have no idea where it is? They refuse to discuss it with me and only suggest I speak with the Seller. Appalling Service, no customer service, unprofessional freight service.

    Yesterday Kylie advised delivery for Friday, I asked for approx. time she lectured me on how they're a transport company and can't blah blah blah... So I stayed home all day waiting. Called Friday 15:40 and Mel said It'll be Monday. Well my business is working for a living, not waiting at home for an unreliable transport company!

    Used to be a good transport company until they changed to contract drivers who couldn't care less about your freight and delivering it undamaged and on time.

    This company is zero no professionalism at all. Guys please don’t work with them. Their service is really very poor. They themselves don’t bother about placing deliveries properly in place and later held their drivers responsible for that... moreover They just appoint u then don’t even dare to give you proper training and after sometime when u do any mistake they kick you out of job without even giving you a chance or letting u justify the mistake . You are thrown out of job totally illegally without even giving 2 week notice. That’s totally unprofessional. The manager Greg caroll is too rude to handle. So poor experience with this company.
